This policy explains what we do with the information you give us through this website. Munster Renovate is the data controller for that information.
If you complete the site survey form, we collect your name, phone number, and optionally your email address and Eircode, along with the details you give us about the room you have in mind. We do not collect anything else, and the site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We use these details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site survey and prepare a quotation. That is all. We do not sell your details, share them with third parties for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, which hosts this website, and are sent to us by email. Netlify processes this data on our behalf.
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to how we use it. To do any of these, contact us on the details below. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
